Rebuilding Central Vietnam

In October 2020, Central Vietnam in general and Chan May Terminal, in particular, were hit by four consecutive storms that caused damage to people, including ADCo employees living and working in this area.

Immediately, the company leaders urged everyone to donate and share the difficulties of their colleagues. The total amount raised amounted to US$ 10,894 (equivalent to VND 252,632,000).

The representatives of ADCo also organized a visit to 12 families of ADCo employees who suffered from storm damage.

Shortly thereafter, the company also organized a charity trip to distribute gifts in Phong Son Commune, Phong Dien District, Thua Thien Hue Province. The company donated 100,000,000 VND and necessities such as rice, cooking oil, and spices.

The historic storm after 50 years to meet again in Vietnam also received the love of ABS Company, Indonesia, and they sent a gift of 2000 USD to ADCo with the desire to help ADCo and Central Vietnam recover from the destruction following natural disasters.

With this, ADCo hopes to partly share the difficulties that the public, as well as ADCo family members, had experienced. At the same time, it is also a testimony to the sympathetic value, one of the core values that the company is founded on.
