On September 23, 2025, ADCo warmly welcomed the HR team from TIPCO Asphalt Public Company Limited for an inspiring leadership training session titled “Bonding with Critical Practices for Leading a Team”
“Human resources are no longer just about management — they are now defined as capital, the essential driver of growth.”
As part of TIPCO’s People Management Cycle, this program was designed to equip leaders with the mindset and tools to boost performance, strengthen team engagement, and drive sustainable growth.
