🎓 HaUI Students Explore ADCo Hai Phong Terminal – A Journey of Learning & Career Inspiration

On December 10, 2025, ADCo was delighted to welcome more than 50 Chemical Engineering students from the Industrial University of Hanoi to visit and learn at the ADCo Hai Phong Terminal.

This field trip was not just an opportunity to see real-world operations, but also a meaningful step closer to discovering the asphalt technology—a field that plays an essential role in shaping Vietnam’s transportation infrastructure.

The visit began with an introduction from Mr. Le The Nhu – Operations Manager, who provided students with a clear and authentic look at the terminal’s system, equipment, and safety procedures.

Following that, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tu – Head of Quality Management, shared in-depth knowledge about ADCo’s core products, including 60/70 asphalt, 40/50 asphalt, polymer-modified asphalt, and asphalt emulsion, helping students understand the characteristics and real-world applications of each material.

One of the most exciting parts of the trip was the visit to the LAS-XD 173 certified laboratory, where students saw lively demonstrations and hands-on experiments that highlighted the differences between asphalt types.

These “see it with your eyes, understand it with your hands” experiences allowed students to truly connect theory with practice and gain a fresher, more vivid perspective on the work of material engineers.

Their excitement grew even more when they observed the production lines for polymer-modified asphalt and asphalt emulsion, operated under strict Vietnamese standards and TIPCO/COLAS requirements. The atmosphere was buzzing with curiosity, questions, and enthusiasm—fueled by the passion of the students and the wholehearted guidance from ADCo’s technical team.

At the end of the tour, students joined a fun knowledge quiz and received meaningful gifts from ADCo—closing the day with both joy and newfound inspiration.

Guided by the philosophy that “Knowledge grows stronger through real-world experience,” ADCo continuously partners with universities to bring practical learning opportunities to students.

We believe that field trips like this not only spark passion and nurture professional thinking, but also help shape a future generation of skilled engineers who will contribute to Vietnam’s transportation and infrastructure development
