ASC® Anti-Sticking Agent

ASC® is a highly effective anti-stick release agent for use when working with bituminous mixtures. It prevents bituminous mixtures from sticking to the beds of delivery trucks, paver hoppers, roller drums, sleighs of microsurfacing trucks, and hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and buckets.

 

ASC® is available in 1000-liter IBCs and 200- or 25-liter drums.

Ha Noi Formula 1 Racetrack

Ha Noi Formula 1 Racetrack

A showcase of innovation and expertise for the first-ever Formula 1 racetrack in Vietnam. Ha Noi Formula 1 Racetrack (North Vietnam) - total length of 5.6 km, includes 23 turns, with a unique hybrid design, combining a street circuit's characteristic with a permanent track layout to reach a top speed of 335 km/h for F1 car drivers; first ever in the history of Vietnam and the circuit itself. The designing and paving works of high-standard racetrack pavement were done under the supervision of a German F1 accredited consultant. ADCo was awarded for the supply of a complete range of bituminous binder for Ha Noi F1 Race track including:   More than 1,500 MT polymer-modified bitumen for wearing and binder course following MSCR PG specification More than 800 MT Naphthenic based Bitumen from KBC (the Group refinery in Malaysia) for Base course Polymer Modified Emulsion for Tack coat ADCo Trackless System - A first in Viet Nam was implemented and sprayed by ADCo to preserve the integrity of the tack coat and ensure cleanliness of the site ADCo Anti-sticking agent (ASC) from the Group was part of the package for asphalt paving application.   Project name: Ha Noi Formula 1 Racetrack Products: PMB III, 60/70 Bitumen, CRS-1P Year: 2019 - 2020 Location: Ha Noi Investors: VINGROUP - Ha noi City Contractors: Minh Tam Consultant: Tilke - Germany Construction section:  2 layer of PMB III F1 including binder and wearing course on existing road 3 layers of asphalt including 60/70 KBC base course & PMB III F1 binder and wearing course for new construction
