High-performance Chip Seal application for a major south Vietnam highway project.
The HW1A road in Binh Thuan province showed many cracks in the wearing course under heavy-duty service. The customer decided to use the Chip Seal technique to protect the surface under heavy traffic. CRS-2P, Chip seal emulsion from ADCo, has been applied to maintenance road construction in the BOT Phuong Nam project. KM 1661 + 600 HW1 BINH THUAN province for the area of about 125,000 sqm trial with Tan Ha customer in July 2021. This high-performance CRS-2P provides good bonding between old pavement and new aggregate surfaces as

First Highway project using 40/50 for the surface course. Maintenance and upgrading project on HW13 from KM62+700 to KM95+000 in Binh Phuoc province, was started in May 2019 under BOT contract. The existing asphalt pavement was showing important rutting after many years of service under severe traffic and climate condition. Due to Budget constraints, the use of PMB was not feasible. A major first in cold-in-place recycling in Vietnam ADCo has been involved in the rehabilitation of a 32-km segment of Highway 13 by using cold in-place recycling technique with EcoStab® emulsion for an important heavy-duty traffic road located in Southern Vietnam, connecting Ho Chi Minh City to Cambodia. The road pavement was initially constructed in 2012, but after 8 years of service under heavy traffic, the existing asphalt pavement started to show serious structural problems as well as rutting. After several attempts to repair the road, the Toll Road Operator decided to perform deep structural rehabilitation of the pavement. The second-longest BOT expressway in northern Vietnam. Ha Long - Van Don and extension of NH18 is the second-longest BOT expressway in the North. Solution provider to the heaviest traffic road of Vietnam To resist rutting on the heaviest road in the North is a huge challenge for both the base layer and 2 PMB layers (PMB-I and PMB-III). An adapted solution to Hanoi’s intensive traffic Ring Road. Due to an increase in the number and load of containers and heavy cargo trucks from Hai Phong and the Northern Industrial zone of Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, and Bac Giang, the 60/70 layer in this busiest ring road of Hanoi is faced with serious rutting. Hanoi City had decided to replace it completely with PMB asphalt. This became the first project in Vietnam to replace the 60/70 surface layer on cement concrete slab with the PMB III asphalt to resist rutting. A showcase of innovation and expertise for the first-ever Formula 1 racetrack in Vietnam. Ha Noi Formula 1 Racetrack (North Vietnam) - total length of 5.6 km, includes 23 turns, with a unique hybrid design, combining a street circuit's characteristic with a permanent track layout to reach a top speed of 335 km/h for F1 car drivers; first ever in the history of Vietnam and the circuit itself.
