Cold Central Plant Recycling (CCPR)
The pavement is reclaimed at the site and then stockpiled. The reclaimed pavement materials are then characterized by laboratory tests and re-blended in a dedicated plant with water, EcoStab® emulsion, and other additives such as Portland cement. After blending, the mixture is then transported to the job site for paving application.
