Job Description

 Job description 

1. Employee engagement & Culture activities

  • Organizing Internal events for Company such as: Team building, annual parties,  Cultural activities, Meetings, CSR initiatives, Sports events…etc.
  • Support and deliver presentations related to HR initiatives and company culture programs
  • In charge of Annual health check for employee nationwide.

2. Office Administration Management

  • Maintain and control company seals and official documentation including processing cross-department requests, verifying approvals, and supporting documents, recording seal usage, ensuring secure custody, managing document filing and flow, and supporting compliance, notarization, and external coordination requirements
  • Coordinate weekly schedules and itineraries for Board of Management (BOM) and line managers
  • Handle visa and work permit processes for local and expatriate employees
  • Manage supplier payments and related documentation
  • Oversee document control (incoming and outgoing documents)
  • Provide backup support for receptionist duties when required, including:
    • Office car arrangements (scheduling, rentals, cost optimization)
    • Travel arrangements (air tickets and accommodation)

3. HR Supports

  • Coordinate in training organization
  • Follow up with all Depts on training plan and execution
  • Prepare training analysis reports
  • Ensure compliance with training policies, including:
    • Training applications
    • Training agreements
    • Bonding terms and payment processes
  • Support HR documentation and processes, including:
    • Employee transfer decisions
    • HR announcements and notices
    • Reports and related documentation
    • Onboarding and offboarding processes

4. Other Responsibilities

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager
